Prize draw terms and conditions:

1. This free prize draw is open to all Oldie website visitors aged 16 or over except for employees of Oldie Publications Ltd, their families, agencies or any other company directly connected with the administration of this promotion, who complete entry on the www.theoldie.co.uk website by 30th September 2009. You do not need to buy anything to enter.
2. Registration completion is based on the following information being provided: name and full postal address, email address and phone number. Entrants are advised to supply all suitable contact details in order to make it easier to contact the winner.
3. Only one entry per household.
4. The draw will be made within 1 week of the prize draw close date (30th September 2009).
5. The £100 cash will be sent as a Sterling cheque made out to the winner of the prize draw.
6. If the winner is an existing subscriber, then either his/her own subscription can be extended by 12 issues or a new one can be set up for an alternative recipient as nominated by the winner.
7. The winner will be drawn independently and at random from all valid entries received and will be notified within 72 hours of the draw being made. If we are unable to make contact with the selected winner within a reasonable timeframe, an alternative winner will be chosen at random.
8. No alternative prizes may be chosen by the winner but The Oldie reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes with ones of equal or greater value (should there be a stock issue for example).
9. By entering the prize draw you will automatically be registering to receive a free weekly Oldie email newsletter. You can unsubscribe from this at any time. If you are already registered to receive the newsletter, you will just be entered into the draw and you will continue to receive your weekly email as usual.
