A joyous moment! Edward Fox accepting his Oldie of the Year award from his home in 2023.
This week's Oldie pin-up is Edward Fox!
At 87, Fox is still charming audiences with his gravitas, adding more roles to his unmatched filmography. Fox was crowned our 'Oldie Stager of The Year' at The Oldie of the Year awards in 2023.
He's best known for playing the eponymous character in The Day of the Jackal (1973), Battle of Britain (1969), A Bridge Too Far (1982), and gave a BAFTA-winning performance in The Go-Between (1971) amongst numerous other accolades.
Fox's ability to impart depth to a character with the upmost subtly and attention to detail. His performances throughout the years remain show stealers.
We salute you!
