Self-portrait (left) and Sir Quentin Blake in studio (right)
Sir Quentin Blake, 91, is our Oldie pin-up of the week.
The legendary English artist has illustrated over 300 books, his most renowned work being, of course, the much-loved illustrations he did for eighteen of Roald Dahl's books.
Be sure not to miss the opening of the new Quentin Blake Centre for Illustration in 2025 to see his work in the flesh. Read about Harry Mount's trip to the centre at the following link: https://theoldie.co.uk/blog/we...
Hats off to you Sir!
